Handle It mentality
In Handle It we value more than progress and epics, the social side is very important as well(for some way more important). We want people to have fun and socialize both in and out of raids, and work together to reach the goals that we set up together. This is why we want mature people that aren't just in it for the epics and that can behave in a mature way against others. Bad behavior against guild members and others is not something we look at kindly.
Of course we value humor highly as well, some of the things going on on ventrilo or the raid/party/guild chats are not for the faint-hearted! Ye be warned as they say. ;) Though just try to remember that there are some lines that we don't want you to cross. If it's obvious that a person isn't amused by a joke you made about him or anything else and he wants you to seriously stop or apologize we expect you to be mature enough to do so. The same goes with spamming the guild chat or behaving poorly in general chats or pickup groups. If you are in Handle It you represent us, behave accordingly. ;)
Do note however, that we are a pretty hardcore raiding guild and will expect you to be active and willing to progress.
