“Operation Eskimo” Guild

Operation Eskimo on Ragnaros has been killing bosses successfully and on schedule since 2007. Our guild has multiple top 100 kills under our belt, from Firefighter in Ulduar, to Arthas in Icecrown, to the extremely hard bosses of Throne of Thunder. You may also have heard of our WoW Classic incarnation, APES on Gehennas.

While the guild has skipped an expansion here and there, the core always returns to reform the guild. In the meantime, our players have raided for guilds like Ensidia, Method, CyaThursday, SlashCry, and ScrubBusters. These people are now all back to OE for Dragonflight.

We're doing a 2-day schedule this time around, seeking to maximize the efficiency of our time spent raiding. We did this for all of Legion, and ended the expansion with a top 200 Argus kill--making us one of the best 2-day guilds in the world. We will eventually seek to push these results even further in Shadowlands.

Aims
1. Rebuild a strong raiding roster
2. Push efficiency during raids to the limit (short, focused raids with no downtime)
3. Reclaim our place as one of the premier 2-day guilds

Qualities we look for
Although most of us are veteran raiders, we are open to players of all backgrounds. Lack of experience can be a good thing in certain situations. If you want to push your results in WoW on a limited schedule, we very well might be interested. Other than that, the ability to remain focused, humble, and happy during raids is a big plus. A sense of humor would also go a long way. And please don't be easily offended.
