“Swift” Guild

We are looking for Semi-Hardcore WoW players to join our guild and our raidroster we need active people that we are able to rely on and that willl continue through the upcoming expansion AIMING FOR ALL MYTHIC CONTENT! 13/13MYTHIC INCOMING! :)

but we were not happy how it went in our last guild group.

About us:
so here we are <Swift> is back raided with a couple of friends since Wrath and played alot together throughout the expansions. Beginning of Wod we raided a bit in highmaul but got bored fast we came back at the end of BRF and we managed to join a guild and we got 5/10 mythic (Raidleader:Basiimov 7/10 mythic 12/13HFC HC)(Zehmox 5/10BRF mythic and 11/13HFC HC)

Our raid times are:
19:15 - 23:00 / 10 min break at 21:15 on Tuesday - Thursday - Sunday.
During progression, we sometimes extend the raid from normal raiding hours, if we have enough people willing to stay.
Also we are running ALT runs on off days.

Requirements to join:

Exorsus Raid Tools addon and RCLootcouncil.
TS3 - Be able to talk on push to talk.
100% attendance for raids if you can't come atleast message an officer in the guild with a reason why you can't come we totally understand not everyone can be able to join all raids.
iLvL 695+.
Be fully prepared with raiding consumables.
Have a computer that is isn't crap and have stable internet and have 0 disconnects at all time of the raid

Need everything at the moment for the raid roster we are looking for 20-40 man raid roster!

Loot system:

We Distribute all loot in main raids by a loot council (with RCLootCouncil addon). The Leaders distribute loot based on things like attendance,performance,upgrade and general benefit to the raid. Drama over loot will not be tolerated.
