Who are we ?
INQ has been together for 5 years. We started on Emeriss but have been on Ravencrest since June of last year. We have a good core of players who have played together all this time, while often greeting new members to join our ranks. Our focus is and always will be on maintaining a balance between being a social gaming community whilst still making good progress in raiding 25 man instances. That's basically the formula that's kept us together for so long.

INQ is very much a community, with active forums (not just covering wow stuff), a Wiki, ventrilo, raid logs website and real life guild meet-ups. English is the common language in INQ but we have members from all over Europe and further afield! Membership is pretty mature with the average age probably in the 20's and we also have a decent gender mix. We don't tolerate any behaviour in the game that is insulting to any social group or people. So a relatively mature attitude is a plus...silly works as well...

Who are we looking for?

INQ is looking for mature skilled players that want to experience end-game content without having to be in a hardcore guild that raids 6 times a week. We raid four times a week and we expect you to be able to attend at least 3 of these. If you come on a raid we expect you to be prepared, be familiair with the content and have your gear sorted out (appropriatly gemmed/enchanted etc.).

If you want somewhere for you and your friends to play you are welcome to join us. All we ask is you get involved with the members, forums and become a part of the community.

What are we raiding ? What 'play level' is the guild at?
Firstly .. If you are looking for a Hardcore world/EU top 200 guild that's not us. If you are looking to raid with a team of people, who make good progress and have fun doing so.. that's us. As long as you are prepared, social, aren't afraid to ask questions and listen on vent you'll fit in.

We have a lot of very experienced players / leaders. Our focus is to clear this content whilst having fun and challenging ourselves with heroic modes and achievements.

When do we Raid ?
We officially raid 25 man content 4 nights a week (Wed,Thu,Sun and mon) 20:00 to 24:00 server time. After Monday night raid members are free to organise groups themselves to finish off any unfinished RaidID's.

Loot distribution is through a DKP system that is based on 2nd highest bid+1 idea. DKP is earned simply by raid attendance and time spend in raid. Its a system that has worked with minimal dramahfish for several years.

What do we need?

2-3 Healers
1-2 Tanks
2-3 Range DPS
1-2 Melee DPS

Exceptional applications will be considered from any class We want ACTIVE SKILLED players for our 25 man team. Gear only limits a characters maximum performance.. Knowing how to play well is what counts for 90% of play results. We aren't big fans of gear score as a total indication of a persons playing ability, its just their wardrobe.

What's the recruitment procedure?
Simply head over to our website and forums, look for the application template and make a post. Make it clear if you are looking for a social or raid team spot.

Important: Applications to INQ are as much an introduction about you as a player and person as a description of your in-game experience. 15 minutes of effort is well worth finding a decent guild that you might spend years with. After acceptance as a trial your raid performance, attendance and general interaction with the community will be reviewed over several weeks.
