Lost Chapter (EU-Ravencrest) is looking for skilled members to
support our 25man progress in Mists of Pandaria.
We are a semi-casual raiding guild with a long and established history that has existed in one form or another since Vanilla launch in 2005.
Originally the leading hardcore progression guild on Earthen Ring from Molten Core until our disband mid Sunwell (TBC) and a world ranking in the top 100s at the time, we reformed after roughly a 1 year hiatus, this time on the server Doomhammer.
In our second incarnation we decided to go with a more laid back/casual approach that still nevertheless retained our spirit to progress and achieve, yet without the breakneck schedule of hardcore raiding and managed to clear all WotLK and Cataclysm had to offer, mostly in Heroic, as one of the top 25 man raiding guilds on that server.
For MoP, due to the population decline on Doomhammer, we have since moved to Ravencrest with the goal to maintain the same fun, relaxed, but progress-minded atmosphere and ideals of our past:
In game, we set goals and recognize and value the efforts of our active member striving to reach them. Outside the game, we are proud to have an active community of past and current members, where many generations of Lost Chapter players cross paths frequently in one game or the other even years later.
So, if you are currently looking for a new long-term home and the opportunity to join our storied guild has piqued your interest, this might be the place for you.
Guild schedule:
- Official 25-man raids are on Wed/Thu/Mon from 20:00 - 23:30 server time.
- Outside those hours we run optional Alt raids, Rated BGs and the occasional old instance for missing achievements.
Recruitment requirements:
- Able to keep up with our raiding schedule and be there and on time when needed (or alternatively, letting us know on the forum if you can't make it). 90%+ attendance for 25-man raids is expected.
- Motivated, mature, level headed approach to encounters and able to take constructive criticism.
- Good class knowledge, including all your class specs (not only your main spec).
- Gear equipped with best possible gems, enchants and proper reforging. Don't skimp here as this is one of the main points we examine when you apply and one of the easier areas where you can display correct knowledge of your class/spec/mechanics, as well as the effort you're willing to put in.
- Consumables: Always carry enough flasks, food and potions to last a raiding night (the guild bank provides these once you pass your trial phase).
- Stable connection and PC.
For more information, visit us at http://www.lostchapter.org, and/or contact Aldrion, Mumuk or Ninez in game.
