Eminence is a 20-man Mythic raiding-guild located on Silvermoon
EU.
Our core raidgroup consists mostly of old hardcore raiders that crave progress. We feel that playing on a more casual schedule should not stand in the way of clearing content. We all love a good challenge!
We are currently recruiting any additional class or spec that can help us progress trough mythic content. Exceptional players will always be considered, no matter what classes we are recruiting at any given time. Socials are always welcome.
Current raid schedule:
WEDNESDAYS,SUNDAYS & MONDAYS 19:50-23:00
What we demand of our raiders:
1. Be on time - Invites start 19.15 (Late = Forget spot)
2. Raidexperience troughout WoD.
3. Close to 100% attendance.
4. AFK´ing during raid will not be tolerated.
5. Know your class & spec and keep yourself updated at all times.
6. You should be able to receive constructive criticism..
7. Teamspeak is mandatory (No TS = No raid).
8. Fluency in English and willingness to communicate.
9. toughts on bosses can be spoken out but raid leaders decision are final
10. Prepare for wipes and keep the spirit up at all time.
11. Behave! Normal socialskills and positive attitude
12. Respect your Raid Leader and Guildies.
13. Loot-council decission are final!
14. A sense of humour.
15. EPGP addon for lootdistro
16. Fully gemmed (the good stuff, no scrubs) and enchanted @ all times

• Progress through the highest difficulty content.
• An experienced and motivated team.
• Friendly atmosphere and a respectful community during raids and outside it.
