“Proximity” Guild

Proximity is a new guild that was created in the middle of 9.0.Even though we started mythic raiding super late,we managed 8/10(almost killed SLG as well)relatively fast and we are now setting our sights in 9.1. Proximity is organized in a way that sets it up for success. Our target is to get as far as possible and ultimately get CE in every tier, while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere for all our members. Being a newly formed guild doesn't mean we are going to set the progression bar low, but there will be a building process.
We want to have a mature raiding environment, while keeping a balance between fun and focus on progression.
There is a real mix of players and personalities, some of us have raided previous tiers together, some not. Our goal in shadowlands is to be as competitive and successful as possible within our 2 day raiding schedule. We want to be realistic, but that doesn't mean we are not ambitious.
We want to form a cohesive team in which everyone feels settled it and valued
by promoting communication and constructive criticism within our raid.

Proximity hopes to attract like-minded people who are looking for a comfortable, yet serious raid setting.

Raid Team : Recruitment OPEN, Raid Days;
- Wed 20:00-23:00 server time. Core Raid
- Thu 20:00-23:00 server time. Core Raid
Friday/Saturday is a social raid night running Heroic which is not mandatory.

What we require from raiders:
- Come prepared: have knowledge and an understanding of your role for all boss fights
- Have a working mic and be able to communicate in English
- We are a team, respect your teammates' time and efforts
- Attendance will be a key aspect, considering we will be raiding on a 2 days/week basis.

We do understand people might run into real life responsibilities and issues, which will make them miss out on a raid or two, however we do want to have communication to work around things in this case.
