About Scrubz
Scrubz is looking to combine fun with quality raiding. If you'd like to be part of a stable, social and progress oriented guild please read on:
In Scrubz we like to enjoy and have a lot of fun. We are a social guild aiming high to compete with the top guilds. We are a couple of people with raid experience since vanilla and currently 5/13M that started their own guild.
Applicant specifications
We want players with a great attitude towards the guild and focused on progression and development. If your attitude is poor, you will not fit in this guild.
We want hard workers. People who research their class. People who research encounters. People who can maximise their charavcters efficiently. We only raid 3 days, rarely extend and never raid more than that outside the usual norm thus it is important that our raids are as constructive and efficient as possible.
We want performers. You may be a smart theorycrafter who can make the most complex spreadsheets or weakauras. But if your numbers are not up to scratch, or you are a magnet towards fire then that will reduce your value to us. Your application must have logs attached.
We want experience. Nothing embellishes a good application more than a shining set of experiences that reinforce everything. Some old heroic/new mythic experience is expected, but the more experience you have, the better.
And more than anything, we want people who can take banter! Do not get upset every time a joke is thrown your way. If you can give banter back, that is a great way to speed up the trial process. Trials are about fitting into the guild culture, not just performance in raids.
The difference between a good player and a great guild member is that a good player fits in, talks, discusses, has fun with us and brings the guild a step forward in both good and bad times. Someone that logs in, raids and logs out can pull great numbers and perform very well...but will be replaced as soon as we find a player that fits as a whole with us.
We want people who put the guild before themselves. Progress is #1, your iLvl comes secondary to that. Whether this regards items, raid spots or anything else. Decisions are always made to focus on the guild needs.
We do NOT recruit for the bench!
We recruit to have raiding players and although you may bench once every often it will be to get the boss down with an ideal setup and not to get rid of you. This is something you have to understand and be comfortable with! A guild is not made out of 20 people only and everyone gets to kill every boss sooner or later!
Loot System
We run a loot council method of loot distribution. Ultimately this is to ensure loot is given in response to progression needs. It also allows us to control the roster and setup and maximise the raid iLvl to the demands of each progress boss.
Make no mistake, loot is viewed as a tool to help the guild and the collective roster to progress the content, and even though suggestions or discussions are encouraged, QQing for loot just to feed a player's ego is dealt with roughly and mercilessly.
How to apply
Any application should go through our webpage http://scrubz.shivtr.com/
This will likely be followed by a quick interview to ensure webfeel comfortable that you will fit in our roster.
