We are Ethereals Tarren Mill, a Mythic raiding guild made up of
former Cutting Edge raiders.
We are now looking for additional raiders for steady and relaxed Mythic progression for the remainder of Shadowlands. Cutting Edge is our goal, however our main aim is to have fun raiding mythic content in a friendly and focused environment. We have cleared 10/10 Heroic and 4/10 Mythic.
Social members are always welcome as we do Mythic+ Dungeons, Achievement Runs and some PVP as well. We are proud of the friendly community upon which our guild is built.
We raid two days per week on Wednesday and Sunday 20:00 - 23:00 Server time.
We will consider any exceptional applicants, so please don’t fear submitting an application for a role that is “filled”. For raiders, we operate an extensive trial period which can be fast-tracked for exceptional players with the right attitude.
What We Expect From You
In order to succeed, we do have a few expectations of our raiders:
- Willingness to learn tactics beyond what is shot-called in raid.
- Thorough understanding of your class and spec, we do not require alts.
- Full preparation for raid content with consumables, gems and enchants.
- Commitment to a near perfect level of attendance of raid nights, though we understand that life can get in the way sometimes.
- Complete content outside of raids in order to increase throughput each week.
- Willing to communicate in voice where necessary.
- A level of selflessness to ensure progress is made on bosses.
What You Can Expect From Us
- Experienced leadership willing to fix issues for the good of the Guild.
- Community committed to helping each other with Mythic+ and general gameplay.
- Strong social environment playing other games together outside of WoW.
- Mature average age with understanding of family and work commitments.
