“Inçognito” Guild

Incognito is a guild formed from the majority (15 of us) of the core raiding team from Historia[Silvermoon - Alliance] after migrating over from Alliance to reap the benefits of Hordes stronger player pool. We're looking to recruit in a few additional players that're looking to push world ranking in a lively environment raiding 3 days a week during progress.

Raiding Wed, Thurs and Sun 19:45-23:00 Server Time
We'll consider any exceptional players regardless of role so please don't hesitate to apply.

What we're looking for in our players:
- Fluent in English, and willing to speak on discord.
- Spicy logs, good attitude and a sense of humour!
- Be prepared to potentially play an off-spec should it be required. While we would encourage having an alt it's not a requirement.
- Clear mechanical understanding of fights ahead of raid time.
- All players will be expected to be online 5minutes prior to the raid commencing. Any absences need to be reported a minimum of 24 hours in advance via Discord.
- Benches during progress will be based around what will help us progress the fastest on a fight, everyone should be comfortable with the prospect of sitting.
- We actively encourage people to speak up! If you feel like you've found a better tactic or think we could do something differently to help optimise the fight your opinion is invaluable.
- We run a loot council, one raider will be put on this council each week to ensure transparency of the decisions being made. You will more than likely be asked to sim upgrades if a difficult decision arrises.
- After progress is over we will drop to two day raiding for reclears and start boosting to generate capital both for the guild and the raiders.
