“Ineffable” Guild

Ineffable started to rebuild up for BfA.

We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild, raiding 3 times a week; our raid times are:
Wednesday 8PM-11PM ST.
Sunday 8PM-11PM ST.
Monday 8PM-11PM ST.

We are guild made of well seasoned players that are playing together since late WoD with long breaks in between. Before BFA launched we had plans to rebuild the old community and start raiding together again. After having a good progress in the first tier, Uldir, we are aiming to elevate our guild rank higher next tier. In order to achieve that we will require roster change preparing for the next raid. Currently we believe that our roster should be able to achieve at least top 300-500 world ranking in BfA. But this will be adjusted accordingly at a later date, once we know more about our roster and new players as well as additional relevant factors. The ultimate goal in our guild in BfA is to have a high quality and good raid environment instead of a toxic shitshow. The guild ranking will follow up on its own after we have achieved a good raid environment.

Since we want to provide a semi-hardcore and efficient raiding environment, raiders are to meet certain requirements:
- 90% attendance at the very least. It is understandable that certain situations and emergencies can prevent attendance, but as a general rule you are expected to attend every single raid.
- Thorough class knowledge. You are expected to know optimal talent builds, trinkets, Azerite pieces etc. for your class. Researching this in your free time is a requirement.
- Thorough encounter knowledge. The officer team will provide the specific tactic we will be using for encounters, but general knowledge of the encounter, how mechanics work etc. is required knowledge for the tactic to work. This is also something you need to research before raid, not during a raid or figure out on the boss.
- Mature attitude. Sooner or later almost everyone will make a mistake and cause a wipe. It is important that you can not only assume responsibility, but also take constructive criticism and use it to improve as a player.
