Normal/Heroic Mode guild searching for new Members/Raiders for current and upcoming content. Starting Crossrealm raids and then transitioning into guild/realm only
About:
La Cruz is a outcome of a group of gamers that have common goals and strives when it comes to gaming, we have reached high on ladders in alot of competetive games and our GM has raiding experience since over 7 years in World 5-50 guilds.
As a member we expect you to be dedicated, intrested and hungry for progression, matureity in playing as a group is something we find important so that the raidgroup is playing together instead of in small groups. We strive to throw ourselves into new content that Blizzard presents and beat it in a timely manner.
In the end we want to be a proficient guild that strives to improve each tier within a small time frame of raiding. Which means we expect a good performance and attitude of each raider.
**Please note that applications from exceptional players will always be considered regardless of recruitment status**
Raiding Schedule:
Wednesday 19.45-23.00
Sunday 19-45-23.00
Altruns/Events:
Weekends/offdays
Connection and communication: Have a working microphone is very important as we strive to have a tight knit group that can rely on eachother, aswell as this is your internet connection important. Having lag spikes is unhelpful and detrimental to a raid.
Attendance: Keeping a 100% attendance is required as a starting point, being on time and staying to the end is what makes a guild something you want to return to, we will not accept any random events during raid time or not showing up. Matters like these will be dealt with. Having prearranged occurances is ofcourse accepted if reported in advance.
