+++Guild Introduction+++

We are a raiding guild focused on pushing into mythic content on a realistic schedule. We are not trying to be world first but we want to try and clear as much Mythic content as is feasible for us whilst maintaining a zero tolerance on toxicity and extreme elitism. Essentially, serious raiding on a tight schedule without the bullshit! We aim to clear mythic content and have experienced members to make it happen!

A large potion of the guilds core members have been around since the early days of WoW and as such are in the 'older' gamer bracket, we understand sometimes life happens and that's OK with us!

+++Raid Schedule+++

We currently raid two nights per week. Thursday and Sunday 20:00 - 23:00 with invites 5 mins prior.

Alt raids are on an ad-hoc basis, but typically Wednesday night is Alt night!

+++Expectations+++

What we expect from Members:

Be able to play your class to a raid worthy standard
Know their class well, and how they can contribute to the raiding team and the guild
Research and prepare for encounters prior to engaging them
Have reasonable raid attendance and communicate availability
Have a friendly and sociable attitude, we want a good raid environment above progress, the latter comes anyway.
Perform to the best of your abilities whilst in raid and review your performance post raid to self-improve.
Be able to take (and give out) constructive criticism.
Able to communicate where necessary, a silent raider is a concerning one!
