SUGOI is always looking to recruit exceptional players, especially
now in preparation for Cataclysm, we have high standards and
expectations but in return can offer a fun, competitive and serious
raid environment that we enjoy thoroughly.
Our planned raiding times are 19:00->23:00 GMT+1 (Server Time) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
What we expect:
We expect you to enjoy and be dedicated to your class, we don't want people who constantly complain they'd rather raid on their alt or as a different spec. If you're a class that can perform more than one role then we expect you to be willing and able to perform a different role if requested for an encounter. Such as an Elemental Shaman switching to Restoration or a Fury Warrior switching to Protection.
We expect you to excel at your task and to always strive to improve, we don't want to ask people to bring flasks, potions, elixirs or other consumables because we want everyone to bring them because they're motivated to doing the highest possible DPS they can on every single encounter, farm content or not.
We expect you to adapt and learn fast, we don't want someone that's going to make the same mistake multiple times or someone who can't listen. That said we don't want someone who listens brainlessly to instructions, if you think someone's wrong, you don't understand something or you have something constructive to add then you shouldn't be afraid to voice your opinion or ask a question.
If you're someone who complains and leaves raids as soon as we hit the planned raid ending time, then don't apply as with everything else we expect 110% at all times and should we ask people to stay for a few more attempts or an extra 30min-hour to finish something up then we expect people to not have a problem with it. Obviously we understand that sometimes you have no choice and have to leave but people who leave every single time for no other reason than "I have to be up in 7 hours" aren't wanted.

• You must have an extremely reliable connection.
• You have must a PC that isn't going to lag or cause other problems for you while raiding.
• You must be able to use Ventrilo, understand and ideally, speak clear English.
