Seven
One of the primary things we look for in a guild member is the ability to follow instructions and communicate well. Reading this post, following the instructions and producing a well written application will increase your chances of being accepted. In contrast if you ignore this post and produce an application with badly written or lack of information then you will destroy any chance you had.
You should know all of the zones and instances and be able to navigate around them efficiently. You should know how your character works on raids and in a general sense what will be expected of you.
Raiding Hours
Seven runs raids on a regular basis:
Tuesday (20:00-23:00)
Wednesday (20:00-23:00)
Friday (20:00-00:00)
Sunday (20:00-2300)
Normally we try to finish raids by 23:00 (Server Time) but things can and do take longer. Outside of these times many guild members run unofficial events or raids in order to progress towards our collective goals. Being online regularly helps facilitate this and strengthens the guild as a whole. Simply logging on for official raids is not enough; we expect people to enjoy playing WoW and to want to log on every day.
All classes will be considered if an exceptional application comes along.
Raiding requires people to listen and act. This doesn't sound very difficult but you would be surprised at how many people can't do this. The raid leaders will need your undivided attention for the duration and will expect you to respond to what they say.
Seven has high expectations of Cataclysm and has set high standards for themself and their members. With that said, sometimes things go wrong and people naturally get upset. This means if you screw up then expect to be told about it by raidleaders, especially if you just messed up everyones raid that evening. Learn from this and move on. We don't want drama queens who leave us at the slightest hint of critiscism. We are all passionate about the guild and the game so things can get heated at times.
If you don't think you would be able to cope with this then this is not the guild for you.
If you are interested in joining the guild please post a thread on our forums using the template provided.

- This isn't a guild for people who are still learning the
game.
