Established in 2012 by a small group of IRL friends, Voltage was
formed with the intention of creating a community rather than just
'another' PVE guild. Since our humble beginnings in tier 11 Voltage
has since evolved into a competent Mythic raiding guild, where our
ethos is to clear end-game raiding content on a casual schedule
whilst preserving the core values which have cemented our success
and longevity.
Our competitive progress on casual hours is made possible by the high skill level and commitment of our players and the thorough preparation provided by the Officers. As a team we're very close and actively keep in contact with each other outside of raids via our private Facebook group, Discord and Snapchat; be it discussing strats for upcoming progress bosses or just some nice, wholesome shitposting! We're a multinational guild, with members from all over Europe including Denmark, UK, Greece, Sweden, Norway and more.
Please keep in mind that we're very picky about who we choose to join our ranks; we've failed very competent trials on many occasions due to a poor match of personalities between the guild and applicant. We recruit for the long-term, not just the tier!
*** Our roster is currently a comfortable size but we're always open to outstanding applicants of any class/spec, so don't hesitate to apply if you think we could be your new home! ***
Ideal applicants will...
...have a consistent playing history with minimal long-term breaks
...have an unconditional love for World of Warcraft!
...be active in-game and not disappear into the ether between raids
...have the drive, commitment and patience required for Mythic progress
...be suitably geared for current progression
...have strong communication skills and a good microphone
...have near-perfect raid attendance
...be continually keeping up to date with your class' meta-game
...use logging to analyse your performance
...be familiar with importing and creating Weak Auras
...have a decent, clean UI and not be a clicker
...be drama-free!

Our core raid nights are Thursday and Monday 21:00-00:00. We also provide an optional Wednesday raid (this is typically used for Normal/HC/Mount farming)
