Hello!
We are Niflheim, a newly started guild on Twisting Nether founded by old hardcore raiders that want the same quaility of raiding without playing 5+ days a week.
Niflheim is currently recruiting for Mythic raiding in WoD.
We will be raiding Wednesday - Thursday - Monday 20.00-23.30(Maybe 24.00 if we are close to getting a kill).
Tuesdays could be used aswell during progression if we are close to getting a kill. But only if people are up for it.
We offer you a guild with high standards and good raid progression without burning yourself out playing 5-7 raiding days per week.
It should be noted though that we are not a casual guild and slacking and similar actions will not be allowed during raids.
We are currently in need of a 2 healers (pref pala and shaman) but we are always looking for exceptional players of all classes and specs to reinforce our roster. We expect and demand the very best from all our players. Before you apply make sure you have great understanding of the class you will be playing, that you are up to date with the current theorycrafting and can fully answer any questions we have regarding the choices you have made with your character
What we expect of you.
* Be punctual in showing up for raids.
* Be mature both in age and attitude.
* Able to take criticism, as harsh as it may be at times.
* Highly motivated to play WoW and do well, if you plan on quitting in the near future do not bother applying.
* Having a working microphone and not being afraid to use it during raids.
* Be an exceptional player regardless of class, able to understand fights quickly, avoid any kind of raid damage easily, give feedback on boss tactics and quickly gather information required to maximize your own, and the raid's, performance on a certain fight.
* Be an exceptional player, able to play all specs of your class at the same high level.
Feedback from the raiders regarding boss tactics, loot distribution etc is always welcome, and you should not be afraid to speak up about anything you find could be done better, aslong as you have vaild arguments for it. We encourage people to be vocal on vent during raids aswell as in the spare time to get to know eachother better and to bond better as a guild!
