About Anima
We are <Anima> a 10 man 3 day raiding guild located on Wildhammer EU, a medium populated, Alliance heavy, "English", PVE server.
We are currently recruiting to solidify our 20 man team for Mythic.
Some information about us for you to consider:
We raid 3 days a week: Wednesday, Monday and Tuesday 20:30-24:00 CET
We are aiming for a roster of 24-25 people
We currently use a very flexible and transparent loot council. (i.e. Loot drops and will be openly explained why loot is been given to certain players, this is always open for everyone to discuss.)
Everyone is 18+ years old and either working or studying, and all have been playing since at least WoTLK but most even longer. We will occasionally consider people who are younger but we will have to talk to you first to ensure that you fit in.
We offer:
A very inclusive, relaxed guild atmosphere
Really talented players to play with
Progress on a level that is comparable to guilds who spend far more time raiding than we do
Opportunities when progress ends to plan alt raids and a large number of social/friend members who really make the guild a great place to be.
Essentially, we want to have the best results possible when raiding whilst keeping a reasonable schedule and having an absolute blast at the same time. This is why we have a core team of players that have played together for several years.
What we look for from you:
You need to perform well, and when we say perform well, we mean you constantly try to improve your play and be the among the top of your respective class/spec. (note that performance isn't the same thing as damage/healing meters, at least not always)
We would like that you have an alt that you play equally well as your main character and that you also play your class' offspec(s) well enough to be useful in heroic raids, flexibility is key in 10 man and particularly on limited time schedules. For our 20 man roster, this won't be quite so necessary, however it is always a bonus.
Have the right attitude. We don't want e-heroes, or people that moan and drag the raid down, but there's plenty of room for trash talking and trolling each other as well as having a good time. To ensure that you do fit into our group, we will probably chat with you beforehand.
