Flatline is a guild that offers a stable raiding environment with
mature people.
We focus on 10man raiding and raid 3 days a week.
Does Menthor gank guildies? The short answer is NO! Talk to an officer about joining up today!
Currently recruiting the classes listed above.
Requirements
A sense of humour.
Knowledge of the content and being up to date with new content.
Being able to keep yourself alive while doing your job and have knowledge of your class and spec to maximize your performance.
High attendance, we are casual in terms of our raiding schedule and the amount of hours per week we dedicate to raiding but during raid time we expect you to perform.
On a side note 100% attendance is not a requirement as long as you have informed an officer, so we are flexible to a degree.
Access to Ventrilo and a Headset.
About us
Flatline is a Horde-guild on EU-Zenedar that consists of a bunch of old friends and a few new additions. Our intention is to progress in a fast pace through new content while maintaining a fun atmosphere and to compete with other top guilds on the server.
Raid schedule
Raid day Raid Time
Thursday 19.00-23.00
Sunday 19.00-23.00
Monday 19.00-23.00
Raid Rules
Signing for raid is done by the in-game calendar, whether you can or cannot attend signing is mandatory. We want to have a heads up a few days or more to see if forming a raid is possible or not. When you sign for a raid make sure you can stay for the whole raid if you can't make sure to let any officer(s) know about it in good time.
When signing as accepted for the raid we expect you to be ready and online on the correct character when invites are starting. If something comes up that prevents you for attending the raid make sure you contact us some how (forums, phone etc.)
When signing as tentative you need to inform the officers why your tentative or its considered declined. Constant declining will get you falling out from the raiding roster.
Trials
Trial period lasts for an indefinite amount of time, but will be at least two weeks, extended trial is not a sign of bad performance. Promotion to raider after two weeks is rare, but the difference between a trial and a raider is only item distribution, however generally rank above member offspecs. As a trial you are expected to behave just as a raider does. This means turning up for raids on time with appropriate consumables. When you are a trial you have the chance to prove yourself as an exemplary player doing that means you have:
-Good encounter understanding (not necessarily our tactics)
-Good class knowledge.
-Good survivability. It's much more important then facerolling your way to the top of the meters. Lower dps at the start of a trial is acceptable, it will improve after you understand our tactics.
-Honesty about your performance and abilities. In case you @@wgr_user. up then admit it. Everyone makes mistakes. Admitting mistakes makes it easier to come up with tactics to new encounters.
-Good adaptivity to take the role of someone else. We are not always going with the best setup so we want people that can succeed in situations that are harder for them then to some other class.
Feel free to contact any of our officers ingame (Café, Serpian, Oriøn,Víno and Salaiio)
Hope to see you soon!
