Our guild culture supports the ideal that more may be accomplished with fewer raiding hours invested if every member takes it upon themselves to actively prepare before ever pulling a boss encounter. Intelligent, strategy-driven progression instead of brute force; quality attempts over quantity. Strong work ethic outside of raiding hours to make the most of the time spent in them.
