What we want:
Someone who enjoys doing hard content with fun people in a focused environment, without spending onerous amounts of time on things.
Someone who will argue with their fellows to take gear if its a bigger upgrade.
Someone who doesn't live in game, but doesn't just log on for raids either.
Someone who plays a class, not a spec. Being able to heal or tank (or both druids/paladins!) in addition to DPSing is a big plus.
Someone who deeply understands their class, and strives to play their class to the limit all the time
What we offer:
A flexible progression schedule that frontloads learning and allows for long stretches of relaxing farming in between content cycles.
Leadership unafraid to make the hard choices required to sustain progression.
An environment that accommodates the inevitability of mistakes, while simultaneously striving to eliminate them.
A lean roster that carries just enough reserve to always raid, while still allowing people to attend the majority of raids they're signed up for.
A benevolent dictatorship focused on providing just enough structure to focus everyone on a common goal, expecting every member to figure how to best achieve their portion.

Progression Raids: Tues, Wed, Thur 9pm -12am Server (Central)
Many of us choose to be active on off-nights by doing things like alt raids, achi farming, etc.
Our membership thus far is:
Primarily the type of players who were the best players in their guilds, and got tired of feeling like the only one who could figure out how to be not terrible.
Folks who are tired of the logistical headaches of 25man raiding, but still want the most challenging content ten man has to offer.
We're the sort of people who:
Run meters in a 5man, but don't spam them to be douchebags.
Don't stand in the fire in a heroic, because we don't stand in the fire ever (unless its lootship!)
Try to be perfect, because playing well is more fun than playing like shit.
