While we do raid often and we are serious in our approach to raiding, SoA is not a "hardcore" raiding guild.

- We do not require our members attend raids
- We feel the quality of the people is most important
- We feel having fun with guildies is more meaningful than simple progression
- We do plan to progress thru all the content in WoW
