What We Need:
885 iLvl+ and/or min 450k+ Single Target and 40+ Traits on main spec weapon. Exceptions can be made for different classes and/or slightly lower iLvl if you know your sh*t and show promise.
Expectations:
*The usual come prepared w/ BiS food/prepots. Flasks are provided by cauldron.
*Know your sh*t! That means research upcoming changes to your class. Know your stat weights and BiS gear.
*We are a semi-hardcore guild, we are not looking to carry people. At the same time I do not welcome elitist, meaning we are not interested in people sh*t talking other people during raids exc. Everyone will be evaluated on performance both mechanics and dps/hps and if their are issues they will be addressed and worked on if nonperformance continues you will be replaced.
