<Incipient> is a 20M raiding guild on Arthas- US. Our aim is to clear content before any raid wide nerfs or a new tier.

Since we run such a small roster we require everyone to maintain near perfect attendance. The occasional absence isn't going to make it or break it, but it shouldn't happen too often. We are more than forgiving and understanding if given notice.
Loot is distributed through a loot council system based on highest impact to progress. If you just want purple or get mad if you don't receive a piece of loot
We expect everyone to put in 100% to raiding. If you don't have the time or energy to commit, then don't apply. Too many times people want to raid but either don't have the time to and slack or don't care enough to really go for it. We don't want either.
Players that aren't willing to continuously improve their class and mechanical ability.
Players that complain but don't offer a solution to a problem.
Players that are thin skinned. Be able to take a joke and dish it back, its all in fun, and when it's time to get serious, you should be able to do so.
