What we are looking for:

- Highly motivated and skilled individuals
- Must have the ability to take criticism and apply changes if needed
- Properly geared: Socketed and Enchanted properly (meeting the numeric requirements)
- Desire to not only complete content, but master it (this includes the joy of the inevitable wipes that come with learning content)
- Ability to attend to at least 80% of raids
- Ability to dedicate at least 5 hours per raid with minimal afk.
- Team Orientated, goal focused players
- Ability to follow and grasp directions with the willingness to ask questions if needed
- Self-reliant people (able to farm your own consumables, mats for enchants, repair gold etc..)
- Ability to take and tell jokes (you will be made fun of in good humor)
- You *MUST* be willing to respec if we reach a raid encounter that requires certain specializations.
