After Hours is a guild formed by friends who raided semi-hardcore in previous expansions. Now we want to take raiding 20 person semi-hardcore by raiding 3 nights per week but maintain a decent progress pace!

*You play the game for raid progression and fun.
*You expect raids to start on time and you log on early to make sure that happens.
*You can handle critique and don't get offended easily.

Loot Rules
Gear is distributed by Need before Greed, raiders are expected to know their BiS and upgrades that greatly affect someone more than others will be considered . High attendance is expected of core Raid Members. Failure to maintain long term high attendance will see a reduction in loot privileges and potentially replacement.
