We are recruiting one DPS and a DPS w/ healing off-spec of the following classes. We are also looking for back-up raiders that will want to help through the rest of this expansion and in 20+ man raiding in WoD.

- Out Sourced is a somewhat recent transfer guild from
Bloodscalp. The guild transferred here to be on a server with a
stronger population and better recruiting potential. Most of the
group has raided together since Dragon Soul and some even longer.
We are a tight knit group that enjoy raiding together as well as
having fun while we raid. We are looking to rebuild our roster to
continue progression in this tier as well as having people ready
for WoD.

What we expect from core raiders:
- Those looking to raid in a core spot should be raid ready and
have knowledge of the heroic fights. We don't necessarily need
someone with heroic kills, but they should have the capability of
doing them. No one is going to be carried, we're going to work
together. You should be knowledgeable of your class and its
mechanics and be able to min/max your DPS/HPS output without
sacrificing your raid awareness. During your trial period, you
should have your own flasks and potions. Food and partial repairs
will be provided.
When we raid:
- Tuesday 6:00pm - 9:00pm PST
Wednesday 6:00pm - 9:00pm PST
Thursday 6:00pm - 9:00pm PST
