Many of us have been raiding together since Wrath and moved from our low pop server to the powerhouse that is Blackrock. We are laid back, and like to have a good time, but serious about progression.
We use a loot council system based on attendance, performance, biggest upgrade, etc. If you show up to raid on time and do your part well, loot will flow your way.
