Greetings!
<Kind of Serious> is an Alliance guild on the Bleeding Hollow server. We are a 10 man raiding guild that is currently 10/12 in all groups and looking for more core raiders to fill some spots that have opened up due to some core raiders RL circumstances.
Our current raid times depend on the group you are a part of but we raid Tuesday through Thursday 8-12pm server time.
To be specific we are currently looking at all apps for the following roles:
1. Two or Three good Healers
2. Two or three exceptional RANGED DPS
3. A couple of awesome tanks.
An outstanding candidate would be:
1. Skilled at his/her class. (This means gemming, enchanted and talented properly)
2. Somewhat geared (avg ilvl 346 minimum)
3. Make at least 75% of Raids (3 out 4 days if your not good at math) of the group you are joining. (Attendance is Tracked)
4. Be able to take constructive criticism, and not think your !%*# dont stink.
5. Knowledgeable up to at least 4 or 5/12 Cata content with RAID AWARENESS as well as willing to learn and put the work in! (watching tankspot strats/min-maxing gear/developing new strats on the fly). This is preferred but the best thing is KNOWING HOW TO PLAY THE GAME.
6. Prompt and prepared. (sign up for invited raids, show up on time ready to raid , repaired and stocked with flasks, food and pots.)
If you are exceptional at your class and fit the descriptions we described above ^ come raid with us!!!!
