“Isolation” Guild

<Isolation> is a 3 night a week semi-hardcore guild on the Horde side of Caelestrasz OC-PvE

We raid a comfortable 3 nights a week, leaving plenty of time for our members to pursue outside interests; be it studying at University or spending time with their family. We do not force our raiders to treat WoW as a full-time job. When it comes to raid time however, we work hard and try to maximise our output with the time we have

Recruitment
We are always recruiting skilled and dedicated players. You will have a fair opportunity to show us what you have. Our trial period generally lasts 2-3 weeks. During this period, we evaluate trial raiders based on their attitude, attendance, skill level, situational awareness, and chemistry with the guild as a whole. Our Class needs are posted here on WoWprogress, and you can also find them on the raiding application page.

Raid Schedule
All times are Server time.
During daylight savings time we start/finish 30 minutes later [AEDT - Sydney time]

Monday: 8:00pm - 11:00pm (GMT+10)

Wednesday: 8:00pm - 11:00pm (GMT+10)

Thursday: 8:00pm - 11:00pm (GMT+10)

For 6.2 we are also doing N HFC on Friday and Saturday (8:00pm - 11:00pm GMT+10).This is optional and open to social members.
We also use Sunday as our “guild day”, where we tend to run CM’s, mythic dungeons etc. You can find more info regarding these on our website calendar or on our forums.

Loot System
We use Loot Council to distribute loot. Factors at play in loot decisions include but are not limited to raid performance, attendance, previous loot received and significance of upgrade. To help with this, we use the addon RCLootCouncil.

Raiding expenses are covered
We provide our raiders with all consumables (flasks, feasts, potions) as well as enchants and gems; free of charge. If you need help with your current gear situation, we will consider helping you out. (such as materials for crafted gear).

Requirements:

1.Vent & working mic.

2.raiding experience, determination to improve, knowledge of raiding and class mechanics, high raid awareness.

3.Able to maintain a 75% Raid attendance

4.Research every boss fight BEFORE stepping foot into it. Boss strategies will be posted in our member forums and discussed before a pull. We use Angry Assignments to help with this.

5.We expect you to be a member of our guild, not just someone who shows up for raids then disappears the next 4 days. We don't expect you to spend all of your time on WoW, that's not what we are about. Things checking the guild website regularly is required, and we of course we would like you to get to know you’re fellow guild members. The closer we are with each other, the better team we will be.
