semi-hardcore
Recruiting (outdated):
druid (balance) | medium |
druid (restoration) | high |
hunter | high |
paladin (holy) | high |

Exceptional candidates from other classes are encouraged to apply,
but keep in mind that they are at a lower priority than those
listed above.
Requirements:
Please be level 80 at the time of your application.
We'd like all our applicants to have appropriate gear given the current tier of content. Experience from Crusaders' Coliseum, and the previous tier's encounters / achievements is highly preferred. While extraordinary applicants with lesser raiding achievements may be accepted. We are an end-game raiding guild and need recruits that are able to hit the ground running in the current tier of content.
You must also have vent and a working microphone not need but a plus, and be able to attend all of our raids while trialing. Members are expected to attend nearly all of our scheduled progression raids. During progression Crimson Order will raid three to four nights a week, if the content allows it.
Procedure:
The first step is submitting an application. Be as thorough as you can, and if you have them available please submit any relevant WoL/WWS reports. Be sure to read the form completely and fill out all boxes. If you can't be bothered to elaborate in your answers and put some time in to the application, you can't expect us to take an interest in it either. A blank form does NOT look good. (Sorry, 1-2 word answers may as well be blank)
Please be sure to mention any and all raiding experience you have outside of the role for which you are applying (including alt and offspec raiding experience) We value applicants who can fulfill multiple roles more highly than those lacking the gear and/or experience to do so.
Note that the application form is kept private. Only Crimson Order officers can view it until you are accepted. After your first raid with us your application will be posted for all of our members to see. We realize that some people are in delicate situations and we will respect your privacy.
If your application passes first go we'll contact you via our forums to setup a vent interview. This usually occurs within a few days, so be sure you check our forums often! Again, answer as thoroughly as possible. We won't skip over long answers. These questions generally focus on your knowledge of your class and raiding experience, and are also used to clear up any initial questions or problems we may have with your application.
Interviews typically last from 30 minutes to an hour, covering a wide range of topics. Please have a screenshot of your UI in a raid setting ready for the interview. If your guild is no longer raiding for whatever reason a screenshot in AV will suffice.
After the interview we will contact you again via our forums and tell you what to do next.
It's important that throughout the process you check your PMs on our forums regularly.
Please contact Nuetron or Hib if you have any questions about your application or our application process.
