“Emergence” Guild

<Emergence> is accepting all worthy applicants for 25 ICC. We Run a main Progression 25 run 3 days a week Tues-Thurs 9:30pm-12:30am EST(server) Invites at 9:15pm. We are also Now offering a 2nd 25 man ICC run on Friday and Saturday Late nights for People who do not make our main run, as well to alts and such so that everyone is getting some time in, that runs invites go out at 11:45pm Friday and Saturday night, and we will go till about 2am. Will also take applicants specifically for that run as well.

I am Looking for people who can give me all 3 days. We understand life happens and things are out of our control, But missing 1 night a week of the three wont cut it, and wont get you a set spot in our raid.

We run Zero Sum DKP. We offer Repairs after a certain amount of time in the guild. We are a Fun raid environment. As the raid leader, I enjoy having fun in our raids, I think it helps us progress, I don't yell, I will call you out, I will tell you when your doing bad, but I am not your parents, so i wont yell at you, I rather just sit you out then make you feel 12.

Are raids are laid back on our farm boss's, We BS a lot in trash, but on boss's we do expect respect and quiet in vent. At the end of the day we are only 7/12 but we have a solid core of people that once we get these last few spots filled we will start progressing at a much better pace.

We do not sponsor set 10 man ICC runs. There are enough guildies that you can easily get one going. But we do not establish these runs for you.

I am in no need of Tanks for our main 25 man raid. This is the only spot I am not Pro actively recruiting.

***Disclosure, Being accepted to the guild does not guarantee you a spot in are mid week 25 man ICC, I will use are farm night(Tuesday), and our 2nd 25 man to try a lot of you out. I want to see you in action to base my choices. Parses will be accepted but live action still required. Please be flexible when apping, If your going to cry and quit if you don't make the very first raid after you join, then don't apply.
