Synapse was founded almost 5 years ago by a group of friends with progression raiding experience reaching back to the beginning of "The Burning Crusade". After raiding together in various guilds, we finally had enough of poor leadership and drama so we decided to form our own guild in order to pursue progression interests.

We're busy people with many real life obligations so we value our WoW time as a way to relax and have fun. We try very hard to respect our members' time and efforts by maintaining a collaborative raiding environment where everyone is welcome to contribute strats and ideas. We expect our raiders to act in an intelligent and mature manner. Rude, arrogant, abusive or selfish players need not apply.

If you are in search of a progression raid position with a modest, adult-run guild (average player age is 24) - Synapse may be the place for you. We are always in search of skilled people with the following qualities; high situational awareness, consistent attendance, prior raiding experience, and exceptional knowledge of class skills.
