<Inside Joke> is a raiding and social guild that raids Flex-30 (Normal and Heroic) content. We are a group of adult raiders who share a common vision: skilled raiding, casual schedule, and a fun and respectful environment.

Our group genuinely enjoys playing together, and on off-nights you can often find us running 5-man content, Mythic pluses, old raids, and alt raids. We take raiding seriously, but we never lose sight of what's most important: having fun and playing a game with our friends.

We maintain a respectful environment during raids, but we do give constructive criticism when needed. If you are shy about receiving feedback, we are NOT the guild for you! Our raiders acknowledge their mistakes, and share with the group so that others may learn from the experience. We understand that raiding takes a whole team-- not just a few star players.



< < Schedule > >

We raid Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30pm server time (8:30pm to 10:30pm Eastern), with a short break mid-raid. We are respectful of our raiders' time, and try to never go more than 5 minutes past raid end.

Please feel free to message us if you are a top-tier raider with a great personality and sense of humor!

At this time, we are FULL on tanks. Please be 375+ item level for raiding.



< < Expectations > >

We expect that you will...

* Treat others in-game and on Discord with courtesy and respect at all times.

* Consider your raiding spec to be your primary spec, and prioritize gearing your raiding spec.

* Perform above 35th percentile for your class and spec according to Warcraft Logs, and improve your character's performance by attending raid, running Mythic pluses, and utilizing addons, logs, and other resources.

* Have above-average situational awareness and reflexes to react and adapt to fight mechanics, and be an expert in your chosen class and role.

* Come prepared to each raid with consumables (potions, flasks, and personal stat food) and prepare for new fights by watching the video guides.

* Install Deadly Boss Mods or Big Wigs and listen on our guild Discord (we prefer that you also have a microphone,) and that you attend at least 75% of raid nights in a 4-week period.
