“Learn to Play” Guild

We’re looking for Back-Up Raiders to suppliment our 10 man roster. This is a Part Time raid spot. You need to be able to attend almost every raid(the occasional absence is fine, but please be available 95% of the time).

<Learn to Play> is a very laid back and casual guild, but we take raiding seriously. We are a 10 man raiding guild only. We do not do 25s; too much work. Many of our members have years of raiding experience, some dating back to vanilla. Myself and a couple friends formed <Learn to Play> in BC as an alt guild just for a laugh, then for Cata, we left our failing 25 man guilds to do things on our own in a smaller 10 man environment so we wouldn't have to carry baddies anymore.

Raid times: (Sun)-Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu, 9pm-12am EST (server time)

We’ll raid on Sundays if everyone can make it, but it’s not mandatory. We’ll push beyond the 12am end time if we’re close to killing a new boss or just want to finish farming things early.

We don’t use DKP or any “official” loot council; we ms/os roll. We expect everyone to be reasonable about loot and use common sense. No bullshit. If a person is using an i346 heroic 5 man helm and an i410 heroic helm drops for that person, then that person will get it, because the benefits for the raid are pretty obvious.

All we care about is raiding. We form up, raid, profit. Simple.

Guild bank provides feasts, cauldrons, and repairs, but you have to bring your own potions.
