One Mist Silver

A team of adults formed at the end of MoP. Our purpose is to provide the framework for a social, highly skilled raiding platform, aimed at players interested in raiding for the long term.

Our Vision

We honestly believe that Mythic content can be cleared in the current patch without raiding 20 hours a week. One Mist experienced success in WoD and have decided to move to Thaurissan. We're excited to start legion with a full mythic team and encourage you to look at joining us for Mythic raid content in Legion.

Unlike other guilds, we run a system of complete equality. Rare raid drops such as mounts and pets are shared amongst everyone with a custom, well designed reward system. Raid loot is awarded based on what will benefit progression the most. Logs are run and are available on our website.

What we offer you

The officers of One Mist also take the time out to provide loot/attendance tracking each week. Loyalty and effort grant you access higher player ranks, providing unlimited guild repair & other privileges .

Otherwise, Guild repairs will be turned on during progression for a reasonable amount of time per fight. After repairs are turned off, penalties are turned on. We provide greater flasks, potions and enchants for raiders who pass trial. However, we expect you farm and bring your own food, augment runes ( or their equivalent ) and socket your own gear. Occasionally we hold resource drives to help prepare materials, top donators receive immunity from raid penalties and other rewards.

Raid Schedule

We run Saturday and Sunday mornings at 7:30am to 11am, extended occasionally when close to kills. Times are AEST subject to daylight saving changes. This would also be convenient for US players who work night shift as raid times would be 2:30pm to 6pm PDT. Times also convenient to NZ players with 9:30am starts.

Should the above pertain to your interest. The following five P's are essential.
1. Be punctual, we start raiding without you if you're late. Plus it just looks bad...
2. Be ready to plan your raid encounters through our custom raid prep system.
3. Ensure you prepare your consumables before raid. You don't want to be that guy asking mid raid.
4. Really concentrate and perform to the best of your ability each attempt.

5. While the other P's are also important, our number one attribute is patience. If you find yourself being frustrated easily with other players who might be under-performing for whatever reason, feel that you aren't getting geared as fast as you *should* - then One Mist Silver is not a guild you should consider applying for, because you won't pass trial.

You must also
1. Be committed to raiding for at least eight months. If you don't, we disbar you from raiding with us ever again.
2. Be mature.
3. Have a high quality microphone able to take responsibility for interrupts etc.
4. Be online 15 minutes before raid. (730am SvT)
5. Have the utmost respect for your other guild members & the chain of command.

One Mist currently has 30 man roster ready for Heroic content however, we're looking to increase this to 35. The purpose being to eventually sort the men from the boys in time for Mythic.

If you feel like One Mist is the perfect environment for you, please apply regardless - we will pick up on your intentions and make room for you. If you haven't noticed by now, we value quality over quantity.

While there are always players who either fail trial or prove over time they aren't aligned with our core principals & are let go.
