RECRUITING
We are recruiting new players to join our morning raid team. Are you looking for a new home, just returning to the game, work nights and having trouble finding a raid team? Come join us for the Battle for Azeroth adventure!
LOST is a Daytime Raiding guild that has been active on the server for many years (since 2009). We offer a relaxed, yet progression-focused atmosphere in a friendly adult community, where real life comes before WoW. We enjoy learning fights and applying our own strategies to them and work together as a team to down them. Our raiders are treated well, with all the perks that come with a progression guild. We are not hardcore, but we do dedicate ourselves to being skilled players who help each other try to beat the hard bosses of this game.
We are currently recruiting DPS classes (ranged is preferred, but will consider any exceptional applicant), and healing classes who can become reliable consistent members. If you're raid aware, experienced with end-game content, patient, mature, able to follow directions, willing and able to learn, then this is the guild for you. As a well-established, tight-knit community, we're recruiting for long-term core spots. We are not looking for the elitist player, we are looking for the players who will follow instructions and will pull their weight in a raid.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:30am - 1:30pm EST /9:30 - 12:30pm CST/7:30am - 10:30am PST
We use Discord and not only require a working mic, but expect you to use it.
We expect you to reply to all calendar invites, and offer an in game message on Discord (Raid-absence channel) to communicate when you will be out for any of life’s many issues that can arise. These absences are not held against you in any way. We do not believe in punishing folks for living their lives. We do, however, expect regular raid attendance in order to maintain your raid spot as we progress into harder fights.
We do expect you to transfer to Garona to be a member of our raid team, but have no problem inviting you cross realm to see if we are the right fit for you first.
Make an alt on Garona and feel free to talk to any member, or officer if available. Or, you can reach Lilyenvy (Lutharion#1126).
We encourage you to apply regardless of current priorities, as we believe in bringing the player not the class.
