“Reach” Guild

Core Raid Details & Information.
Reach's core raid team is a 20 player mythic group from Garrosh. Reach was founded in August of 2015 with intentions of going "big". We have been raiding for 3-5 days a week depending on optional runs. Reach is always accepting exceptional players with the same goals as our raiders, progressing content on a weekly basis.

The Basics & Requirements.
-A Brain
-Positive Attitude
-Knowlege of Class
-Knowledge of Fight
-Flasks
-Potions
-BiS Food
-Repair Funds
-Ability to perform at a high level for multiple hours at a time.

Common Raid Courtesy.
If you are a participant in a raid please make sure you have properly prepared for it. Proper preparation includes anything you might possibly need through-out the encounter, flasks, potions, repair gold, food, bonus rolls, etc. Also make sure to have all possible BiS enchants and gems, many guildies would be happy to help out if you just ask!

Attendance
Raiders will need to be able to achieve at least 90% attendance at all times while with Reach. During newer progression even higher attendance is required, any dues of absence/tardiness should be reported to an officer ranked person or higher as soon as possible. This is so we can find a possible replacement ahead of time. Consistent absences without reporting to a higher ranked official will result in removal from the raid team as well as demotions.

• Saturday 8:00 PM - 12:00 PM EST (invites @ 7:30PM EST)
• (OPTIONAL) *Monday 8:00 PM - 12:00 PM EST (invites @ 7:30PM EST)
• (OPTIONAL) *Thursday 8:00 PM - 12:00 PM EST (invites @ 7:30PM EST)
* means that day is reserved for alts.

Recruiting:
We are in very HIGH need for heavy single target dps as well as some class specific healers with dps off-spec. These classes have priority in our raid come as of right now even though we accept any exceptional players no matter the class.
