About <The West Wing>
The West Wing is one of the oldest guilds on Grizzly hills, being formed the day the server released. We strive to maintain a friendly, family atmosphere. The overall goal is to have fun while still maintaining a somewhat competitive edge in current content.
Throughout Lich King and Cataclysm we raided casually, but decided to up the intensity a bit in Mists. We are by no means a world first guild, but we strive to stay on the first page for our server. Upon adding connected servers, it upped the competition a bit, but nothing unmanageable.
We’re constantly looking to expand our roster with quality people, not just players. We are a very active guild that spends a lot of time on vent talking about a multitude of topics, gaming several platforms, and all types of content in WoW that isn’t raiding current tier. We are just as much a community as a casual core raid guild. We value the friendships we’ve created over the years and hope to continue to grow.
Recruitment
While selective recruitment is open to all exceptional players for positions, we are in high need of the classes/roles listed above. Please note that versatility is very important during progression, making players that are proficient on their alts or in multiple specs extremely valuable to us.
Raid times (EST, which is server time):
Thursday: 8:30 - 11:30PM
Sunday: 8:30 - ?? (Usually guild bonding time that ranges from alt raids to old raids to anything really)
Monday: 8:30 - 11:30PM
Currently, we raid 2 days a week on normal with most of us having numerous well-geared alts.
