Welcome to Marginal Utility!
We are a close-knit guild formed from a core of about 15 friends. Our first and foremost objective is to be the first on progression on Gurubashi.
We expect our members to spec correctly (we're supportive of "hybrids" but NOT pvp specs); consumables are not mandatory but highly encouraged.
We will use WWS and other metrics to monitor player performances. We have little patience for carrying people; if someone does consistently poorly or wipes the raid, they will be demoted to non-raider or kicked.
Despite this quality control, we strive to be laid back and enjoy the game as much as possible; however, we do not enjoy blowing cock, so don't think you can get away with being a baddie by having a funny voice. We already have a mascot and a woman, those positions are filled sorry.
It is very important that applicants can take criticism well. We constantly try to improve ourselves and expect others to do the same, and we often critique everyone for every little thing.
