Recruitment Information-
Stop Padding is currently accepting applications for Shadowlands core raiders.
Competitive applicants will have the following:

- Previous mythic/heroic experience or extensive previous raiding experience
- Must meet our standards for ability, attitude and attendance
- Internally motivated to actively improve your play
- Understanding that your dps/hps output matters less than mechanical skill & consistency
- Personal accountability for fight knowledge during progression



Current Classes Needed-

Tank - CLOSED

Healers:
HIGH - Holy Pally
MEDIUM - Flex Healer

Ranged:
HIGH - Ele +Boomy + Mage + Warlock

Melee:
HIGH - Arms Warrior
MEDIUM - Enhance

All applicants will be considered through a meeting with officers from the guild, as personal character and attitude plays a dramatic part in the selection process.
An expectation that we have for all applicants, as well as ourselves, is to understand how to take criticism well; mispulls, deaths, and overall poor performance will not be tolerated and you will be expected to improve.


Schedule-

Tuesday: 7:30pm – 10:30pm CST
Wednesday: 7:30pm – 10:30pm CST
Monday: 7:30pm - 9:30pm CST



Off nights:
Friday (Heroic off night): 7:30pm – 10:30pm CST
Saturday (Mythic Alt off night): 7:30pm – 10:30pm CST
