Raiding Requirements
A willingness to learn is always expected. That means being open to constructive criticism and acknowledging there are many different ways to do something.
Raid Awareness
Not standing in fire is basic. We are looking for raiders that are flexible and are able to change strats on the go if things go pear-shaped.
Know your class
It's one thing to pump good solid numbers, it's another to be top of the chart. While staying alive is our main priority, knowing how to extract the best from your class should be your second. If you are uncertain about something we have many class leaders in our guild.
What to bring to raids
A happy fun persona! If you can bring the above we will supply all the grepairs, flasks, pots, enchants, gems and glyphs to make your raiding experience easier.
