“Souls of the Fallen” Guild

We are a new guild that plan to progress very quickly.

Raid Times
Our 25 man teams raid Tues/Fri from 7:30-12:00 PM server.
Our 10 man A team raids Wed/Thurs from 7:30-12:00 PM server.
Our 10 man B team raids Sun/Mon from 7:30-12:00 PM server.

10 Man
We are already halfway through ICC with new players and plan to fill many positions. As of right now all positions are open and ready to be filled for full time spots. Our "A/B" team is merely a result of who can raid when. We plan to progress both of our 10 mans through ICC by having diverse groups that will benefit the whole.

25 Man
The 25 man will consist of the best players and requires commitment from everyone. If you cannot maintain a consistent attendance to the 25 mans than do not expect invitations. Raid performance will also be monitored.

Tanks
Tanks are expected to know the full mechanics of their class and their tanking partners.
Healers
Healers are expected to compete and therefore HPS and assigned raid member deaths will be monitored.
DPS
DPS will be highly monitored. DPS ranked 1-10 will always be in the 25 mans while those who rank 11-15 should expect a rotation with other DPS fighting for the spots.

Trial Period
We have real lives and do not expect every trial applicant to make 100% of the raids. However, those that do not show for raids will be eventually dropped.

Gear/Skill
While gear is nice to have during application it is obvious that skill outweighs gear. Therefore, we are committed to accepting trials who know their class, play it well, and are eager to learn, yet are under geared. Those who apply who do not have full knowledge of class mechanics, boss mechanics, and the ability to understand directions will be at a severe disadvantage.
