TLTC is currently recruiting for Heroic/Mythic Progression.7/7H HM, 6/10N BRF, 2/10H BRF currently. We are looking to fill our roster of reliable raiders to clear heroic content to get to Mythic Progression. We want strong players who want to kill bosses and get shiny loots while having fun! No drama is a guild motto!
Current needs:
Druid (Balance)
Shaman (Enhance/Ele)
Priest (Shadow)
Monk (Windwalker)
* Always accepting exceptional dps*
Raid Schedule
Tues-Thurs - 10:45pm - 2am Server time.
EXPECTATIONS:
NO DRAMA. Seriously, Don' t start none, there won't be none.
Research your class. Put your best foot forward in proving that you deserve a spot on the raid team.
Know what your class can do and keep on top of what's the best rotations/gear/gems for your toon.
Have the ability to receive feedback. Being able to take constructive criticism is key. Also, knowing what you messed up on and being able to fix it is imperative.
Attendance. We expect you to be at raid at 10:45pm ready to pull trash. If you can't make it please let us know so we can find a replacement, providing it's not true emergency.
Experience. We'd like you to have experience in raiding. Knowing what to expect. What's you past raiding experience? This is what we want to see.
Being Flexible. We want the best team for progression. Would you be willing to play a different spec/class to benefit the raid? Players may be sat for different bosses, depending on performance/boss and raid composition.
Be ready to raid. Have your gear gemmed, chanted, and flasks/pots ready. We will provide feasts and pots/flasks. But, don't ask for them right before a pull because you forgot to grab some.
Have fun! We are serious on boss pulls. But, in trash pulls as long as we aren't wiping to stupid crap it's ok to have a little fun and crack some jokes. After all this is a game!
The current team we have get along and want to have fun while progressing and kill bosses. We aren't casual but not elitist jerks. We are building our core group that we want to bring to mythic.
