Introduction
< Disciples of Grey > is a long-standing CUTTING EDGE guild on Kilrogg that has been around since the beginning of WoD. We compose of mostly older raiders that have been playing since Vanilla. A lot of us have been playing games even before the guild had been formed. We've consistently improved tier to tier with our rankings and are looking to push farther up in BFA. Those coming into this guild can expect a lot of guild activity, most at night, and a welcoming atmosphere. We like to take raiding serious, but also understand that this is a game we must enjoy.

Schedule

Mythic Progression: Thursday, Sunday, Monday, 9:00 PM PDT to 12:00 AM PDT

Heroic Farm: Tuesday, 9:00 PM PDT to 12:00 AM PDT

Chain M+ Runs: Wednesday, 8:00 PM PDT to 12:00 AM PDT

Alt/Casual Heroic or Normal: Saturday, 7:00 PM PDT to 10:00 PM PDT

Recruitment

There are several key points of interest whenever we bring on new members. These range from in-raid performance to out-of-raid guild interaction. No raid spot is guaranteed except there are traits we look for in new and existing raiders. We look at the following when deciding to bring in new or existing raiders in the rotation.

- Attendance
- In-raid DPS/Healing/Tanking performance
- In-raid raid awareness and mechanics
- Encounter preparation
- Low drama
- Weekly/daily activities upkeep
- Artifact upkeep
- Mythic+ competitiveness
- Involvement in guild activities outside of raid
- Discord presence

Attendance
We require all of our core raiders to be on for progression nights. All raiders must show up by 8:45PM to help clear trash so we can start pulling at 9PM. If you know you will miss a run, it is critical to let us know ahead of time on the guild Discord.
