“Eleetist Jerks” Guild

*Note* The 2 classes we are recruiting ATM must out perform our current raiders, that they will be replacing. Recruitment is extremely limited for raid spots ATM. Even for our second 10 man group.

~Raid Times~ Tues/Wend/Thur 7-10Server

Eleetist Jerks is a 10 man raiding guild on Kul Tiras, Alliance side. We are currently 9/12. We like to bullshit and have fun as much as anyone else, but when its raid time we expect for you to take your head out of your ass and give it your best. Recruitment is limited simply because we are a 10 man guild which means that anything over 10 core raiders isn’t really needed, though we do have openings for certain classes. If you wish to join there are a few things you should know:

1. Come prepared for raids. That means have 3-4 flasks and be ready for wipes. If you cant afford repairs or flasks then you shouldn't be raiding.

2. Pay attention. If there is fire under your feet, move the fuck out of it. If you have a debuff that hits everyone near you, move the fuck away. when you come to raid don’t leave your brain in the bank.

3. Know your class. If you don’t know what CC you have or how to use all your abilities then this isn’t the place for you. For example, if you’re a hunter and don’t know how to use both multi-shot AND explosive trap to AoE then maybe you should read up on your class a little more.

4. We do understand that some thing real life will prevent you from attending a raid, Being persistent and determined in progression is the only thing that will help us down more bosses. Missing serveral raids during one week or unannounced absences from that week will earn your spot to be recruited out. Showing up consistently late or ninja logging during progression will also have the same effect.

5. Being a semi hard core guild is a difficult blend RL>WoW. We need people to show up 3 nights a week unless something serious has actually happened. If you cannot make this commitment, Then join as a casual player and enjoy the guild without raiding.

We don’t expect perfection from our raiders, simply because everyone screws up from time to time. We simply expect for you to learn from your mistakes and not repeat them.
