Tuesday: 8-11

Expectations:
We raid regularly, 3 times a week plus off-nights. We expect our members to be able and willing to raid with us on a regular basis. (90% attendance)
We require all raid members to come fully prepared to raids with all consumables, food, pots, flasks, reagents etc.
All raiders are expected to have a clean, working and helpful UI. Omen and DBM necessary.
All raiders are required to research their characters, gear and spec. This will allow you to push your character to the limit which is required.
Raiders are expected to be able to listen as well as take constructive criticism from the officers and raid leads.
Raiders are expected to be in the group, have all materials and be ready to pull at 7:55 on raid nights.
Raiders are expected to have a working vent and microphone but know when to use it and when not to. Progression bosses is not the time to have ten people talking over vent.
Raiders are expected to be situationally aware and learn from their mistakes. Dropping defile in the middle of the raid has happened once to everyone, however if you do it consistently or can't improve…there's a problem. We expect everyone to own up to their mistakes and work towards correcting them. Do or Do not, there is no try.
If you are easily offended and do not have thick enough skin to get through high end raiding, please do not apply.
