“Gamble” Guild

ABOUT
<Gamble> is a two day, semi-hardcore raiding guild formed from a background of experienced, competitive mythic raiders. Leadership is comprised of former US top 55 raiders in legion. We value efficiency and loyalty with our players, and expect you to be a fast learner.

Our goal for the current raid (EP) is to achieve Cutting Edge. Being that we only raid two days a week in a mythic setting, this requires our players to be prepared on raid night, ready to perform with research being done beforehand. Outside of raiding, guild members are actively involved in mythic+, PvP, and sales of both mythic+ carries and sometimes raids as the patch/tier goes on.

Mandatory raid times are found below and are almost never extended past end of raid, unless we are close to a kill. Any raid extension would mean one or two more pulls at most, but it is always a whole raid team decision made in the moment. Times are in (EST):

Tuesday & Thursday 8:00pm-11:00pm

Optional normal / heroic runs are occasionally done at weekly reset

REQUIREMENTS
Attitude: While our goal is to kill all mythic bosses, we want to have fun while doing so. Comms are not heavily regulated, but we want you to be focused and involved in all meaningful pulls on bosses. We would encourage you to be ready to provide meaningful feedback on going about killing a boss when roadblocks are presented, if asked. This means having the ability to critically think and be a problem solver.

Attendance: Being human means life happens; we understand perfect attendance isn’t always possible. That being said, we do reward players with good attendance with rolls for a wow token at the end of the month.

Logistics: We ask that you have the following:

-Mic/discord
-Stable internet connection
-Addons to assist with raid performance (weak auras)
-Logs to showcase your credibility and/or the motivation to improve yourself as a player rapidly
-Ability to follow directions while in raid.

RECRUITMENT
Tank roster is set in stone at the moment. All other good players that have the same goals as our guild are welcome to apply. As we head into mythic we will be rounding out a solid roster of 20. Primary needs for DPS right now can be found as part of Wowprogress’s site.
