“Incendium” Guild

Incendium is an established Horde guild based on the realm of US-Mal'Ganis (PvP). Despite a late start to raiding in MoP, we still managed to fully clear all normal modes in MSV, HoF, and Toes while also scoring some heroic kills prior to the release of ToT.

Since the opening of ToT, we decisively cleared the instance shortly after its release. Unfortunately as of late, we've been experiencing some attendance issues with a few of our core spots. We are looking to fill these positions for SoO raiding. Please view our expectations and class needs below.

We raid weekend nights Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (for cleanup)
6pm - 9pm PST
8pm - 11pm CST (Server Time)
9pm - 12am EST
Loot is distributed via loot council (here lately everything is being sharded).

What we expect:
Individuals who are goal-oriented in progression with good raid awareness and proper preparation of new fights to come (i.e. read strategies, watched videos, and general knowledge of the fight). As it stands, we expect knowledge of 14/14 in Siege of Orgrimmar and a minimum ilvl of 545 from our trials.

All applicants should be fully gemmed and enchanted before inquiring about the guild. While a 528 LFR piece isn't your best in slot, you won't be getting a best in slot piece without taking care of your current gear first. Laziness on your gear will translate to laziness during a boss fight.

Raiders will also be swapped out for certain fights depending on who is waiting to raid and whether or not an individual needs gear from a certain boss. Everyone will get boss kills! We are also looking to upgrade to 20mans in the near future for Mythic raiding.

What we offer:
We provide all flasks, potions, food, and repairs for our raids. The core group is also filled with progression-minded individuals with a strong desire to clear HM content. If you can make our 75% monthly raid attendance (that's 3 days missed with a call off monthly on our raid schedule), keep up with your class, and strive to continuously better yourself, then you will make a core position.
