<NaCl> is always recruiting fresh talent for our raid team! If you are a laid back, low drama individual, seeking mature (most of the time) players to raid with; we just might be the guild for you!
We value people here, not toons. The game can be taught, mechanics can be learned. We strive to create a guild with a high level of cohesion. Dissent, poor attitudes (qqing, whining, bitching, moaning, negativity) and disrespect will not be tolerated.
RAID EXPECTATIONS
Raid team membership requires a certain level of dedication. Raid team members are held to a higher standard than casual guild members.
⦁ Raiders are expected to show up to raid prepared, on time, with flasks, enchants and gems.
⦁ Raiders are expected to contribute to the Guild Bank if they are using guild flasks, food, pots or repairs.
⦁ Raiders MUST be able to use discord and able to communicate effectively during raid.
⦁ Raiders are required to have a reliable computer and net connection.
⦁ Raiders are expected to download any addons required by the Raid Leader.
⦁ Raiders will have the ability to take and give constructive criticism when appropriate.
⦁ Raiders must be able to attend all scheduled raid nights.
⦁ Raiders must do a +10 Keystone every week.
⦁ Raiders must cap Island Expeditions every week.
⦁ Last but not least; we ask that you love and enjoy this game as much as we do! We aren't just looking for people who log in once a week for raid. We are looking for solid, active members to join our roster. We do more than just raid, from RP to PVP there is something for everyone here.
